How do I turn on Reset Protection?

I can't find this setting on my 950 running 14393, I simply don't have this setting.

Edit: Seems like it's only available in the USA?

Correct, only in the US (where some states require it, by law), for some reason MS didn't enable it otherwise. If you search on the terms, you'll find the previous discussion about the missing UEFI value.
