Windows Central Question

How do I turn on wi-fi in Windows 10 after accidentally turning it off.

The wi-fi was working fine until I installed a new modem with wi-fi built in. I had my local network going through an AirPort extreme which was working fine, but the recommendation was to place it in bridge mode. This caused the PC to pick up on the wi-fi in the modem rather than in the AirPort, which caused me to lose all local network connections. I turned off the wi-fi on the pc, but don't remember how I did this. After contacting Comcast tech-support, they reset their Modem to bridge mode, and I was able to reset the AirPort to be the Internet access point. But now the PC keeps saying "no connections available". I tried the update "fix" through the low-level command-line routine, but there was no such software installed as this is a brand new computer.
