How Do I Update My 820 to the BLACK update

Today I brought a 820 second hand. The phone had a factory reset. I tried to update the software, using the phone update option on the phone, its downloaded and installed 2 updates....but cant get it to update to BLACK...even the AMBER update would be nice. Im in the UK..the phone is unlocked, im on the orange/EE network. Im getting seriously annoyed now, it shouldnt be this difficult to update a bloody phone!!

What carrier's firmware does your device have?

Check if you have another update available !
A friend of mine installed 3 updates when he bought new Phone yesterday !
