How to use Office Lens properly

I've been trying take a screenshot of the "about" page in WP because I needed to copy and paste some info's from it.
So, I thought, why don't I try to use this Office Lens?

I import the document into it, then export to OneNote, but there still no way to copy text from it, as it is saved in a note as a picture! The OCR works good, because if I search some text from the picture, it find out that text, but there's no way I can copy it...any tip?

You'll have to use the desktop OneNote to extract the text

No. OneNote on WP needs to be improved, along with Office.

Btw I tried on web OneNote, and there's no way to copy text even there...so is an exclusive for Windows 8/8.1 users?

An OCR option should be available. Try right clicking the picture. Are you using OneNote 2013? If not then you can download it for free on onenote.com
