How do I view a previous day's step and HR data?

how do i view previous day's step and HR data?

I can't seem to find how to view detailed data from days other than the current day. I.e., I can look at week view to get the summary graph, but is there not a way to 'scroll' back in time when looking at the hourly day view of HR, steps etc...?

Sign in on your PC browser, you may get more detailed reports. I've not really poked at it.
