Its enabled for snapdragon 800 processors only.

I think it's automatically enabled, as long as your processor supports it (I know that Snapdragon 800 processors support it, can't say the same for the rest). Keep in mind that you will also need a quickcharge 2.0 charger for it to work.

Up to now, this feature not enable for any device, it will be use in new model phone after now
because it's hardware, not be change by software

I think it needs a different charging port... They called it High Voltage Charging Port
