How do you download albums in Groove?

When using a Groove Music pass, how the heck do you download an album for local listening? I've short pressed/long pressed everything I can see and haven't figured it out.

Get to the screen with the track listing for the album and next to where it says "+ Add to" tap on the Ellipsis, three dots and tap Download

The download option isn't shown if the album has already been downloaded

I've found albums that haven't been downloaded and still don't give me the option. The only way around, that I've found, is to create a playlist and download that.

Thanks for the input. This didn't seem to work at first, however, I realized there are 2 such screens. One in the store search results view, and one after you actually start playing the album. The view you get when playing the album is the one which gave the options to add to playlists or download. You can't do any of this from the store search results as you could in 8.1 (unless I'm still missing it). But this works.
