How do you enter pauses for phone contacts?

Got my new Trophy last Thursday. Like it a lot. Would like to enter a contact phone number where you need to insert a couple of log in numbers after the main phone number. Tried commas, and "x", but could not get the phone to dial extended numbers after a pause. Anyone know how to do this?

Like when you dial and you need to put in an extension after the robot picks up?

I don't know...

Yeah -- you call in to the work voicemail, and then you have to wait a few seconds and enter your extension, and then wait a couple of seconds more, and enter a password, and then you can hear your voicemail messages.

great for pause but what about a wait

This is great for a pause, is there a way to insert a wait, so it waits for the prompt and then sends the next string of numbers?
