How do you logout or change account on Windows 10 store?

I was using my wrong account on the windows 10 store and I want to change it to another account but there is no 'Log Out' button, someone help please!

Not sure there is a way, but you might want to try to reset the Store Cache. Maybe that will work?

Will that work if you have a local account on the computer and use the live id only for the store?
If he logs in with the second account he will get a new setup for that user.

When you use multiple accounts, the installed apps for those accounts will be different (at least that is the situation I have), so your suggestion doesn't look very applicable to his issue.

I haven't really tested this scenario, since I use the same store account for both account stores.
