How do you move apps from the phone to an sd card in WP 8.1?

The subject says it all.

There is a setting for telling WP to save all new apps to the SD card but what about existing apps. I suppose one could go through and uninstall and install each one again... But if there is a way of avoiding this tedious chore, then that would be great.

Any help gratefully accepted.
