How do you rebuild Windows Phone 8.1 Music app library

Music app on Lumia 1020 is not showing any songs, artists, genres or playlists. I do see everything in Nokia Music. I figure the library on the phone is jacked up. I want to force the app to recreate to local library. How do I do this?

Copy everything to your pc.
Then delete every file on your phone, soft reset.
Copy everything back, then again a sof reset.
