When I was factory resting my RCA cambio v2 windows tablet the battery on my tablet died. When I start my tablet up the RCA logo appears and then a black screen appears when I touch the screen a mouse pointer does appear.
how do you reinstall windows 10 on a cambio RCA windows tablet
