How do you remove old thumbnails from Windows 10 Mobile?

Probably from copying data from phone-to-phone, I have about 560 photos on my Windows 10 Mobile (Lumia 735) phone, but I have about 1,500 thumbnails. I'd like to rebuild my thumbnails file(s) based on just the photos that are on the phone.

Does anyone know how I can do that? Is there a thumbnail cleaner app, or a way to delete a file or files and force a rebuild of the thumbnails file?

Do you have it linked to Onedrive? You can remove the db file on Onedrive possibly and then do a soft reset, might work.

I'm not 100% sure about this, but I believe those .NAR files you can see in explorer through a PC might cause that problem. Deleting those will free up the space as well...
If not, try uninstalling the photos app.
