How do you safely remove a USB mass storage device from Windows 10 OS computer?

My Vista OS and XP OS computers have an icon or right click command for doing this.

10 is similar.

Right or left click on the utility (lower right on the screen)
Choose the connected device and click.
Windows will pop up and say "Disconnected safe to remove"
