How do you sync live images?

As the title says: Does anyone know how to sync live images? What I would like to do is to factory reset my phone but without restoring back a backup. I don't mind setting up the rest, but would it be possible to bring back my live images?

Ok I thought I share my experience in case anyone else is interested in retaining his live images after a phone reset without restoring a backup. The solution was easier than I thought! All you need to do is connect your phone to a PC and from explorer copy the folder camera roll located inside the photos folder of your phone. After reset, use your phone to take a photo so that the necessary folders are created and then copy the contents of the camera roll folder you copied earlier back to the phone. Make sure you copy all the content and not just the photos! Your live images are back!
