How do you turn off the flash from going off everytime you wanna use the camera ?

It goes off while I'm on 6tag and even when I'm in broad daylight. T: It's been annoying since I wanna be able to take a picture of my friends without blinking them before they smile... AHAHAHAHA

Never used the app myself but in general I would think that anything that interfaces with the camera should have a button that looks like a lightning bolt - tap that until it has a line through it and the flash should be turned off.

Other than that typical flash, there is also another flash. The focus-assist light, particularly useful in low light conditions, giving the camera light to focus before taking the non-flash picture.
I would check the settings as well for references to such an option.
