How does the Duo 2 hinge hold up?

How does the Duo 2 hinge hold up? Does it become loose over time? If it does can it be tightened? I assume it's similar to the original Duo. How did it hold up?

I think so that it can be loosen with time but don't try yourself to tight it. Take it to the service center or some technician...
