go for a second hand 920 if it is in your budget. I've seen them on Craigslist and amazon for decent prices.

The 620 isn't a bad phone but I think the 920 has more ram so it may be future proof for awhile as far as apps and games go. Not to mention OS updates....not all features may come to 620 since it is a bit of a budget phone.
