how sync my contacts & messages from my windows 8 phone to my pc so i can reset to factory settings
I updated my Nokia Lumia 822 to windows 8.1 this morning and after the update I cant get into my contacts or make phone call or update my apps or even use half my apps and a lot of my live tiles are blank. I took it Verizon and they told me I have to restore to factory setting but first I need to sync everything to my pc. so I need help figuring out how to sync my contacts and messages. all my pics and videos are synced I just can figure out how to do the messages and contacts. PLEASE HELP ME!! so I can restore and use my phone again!
