How to add a guest account in Windows 10

Apologies for the NEWB question - but it occured to me that while I'm all setup on my XPS, I'd like to get a guest account setup for anyone that might need to use my laptop.

Being a returning user to Windows after a bit of a break - can someone give me a hand with creating a guest account?

There was report that Guest account has security risks.
Win 10 has no option for guest account.

Why setup a guest account anyway ?
Just setup a regular standard account with no admin rights.
Of course, your own admin account has better have a password and requires password to log in.
That way, your "guest" has no chance to mess with your computer.
