How to add contact information to Windows Phone 8.1 lock screen in case phone is lost?

I've hunted through the settings on my Lumia 635 w/ Windows Phone 8.1 and can't find anything like that, for the life of me.

I know you can create a picture and then use that as the lock screen image, but that seems like a kludge, and I really do enjoy getting the daily Bing backgrounds.

I had a scare this weekend where I nearly lost my phone, so this got me thinking about it.. My old Moto X running Android had a feature where you could enter 1-line of text that would appear on the lockscreen.
