How to block a number in wp8.1 update 1

Hi. I might be wrong but I'm sure that If I would get a marketing call then I could long press on the number in call history and select block number.

I can't seem to figure out how to block a number at all since the last update.

Any ideas? I might just be being a moron...

Settings/call + SMS filter.

Enable.

Then in the call log you can long press and block.

I see , Thanks. My phone clearly has a problem then. In the settings list it says that call+sms filter is on but if I try to access the settings it comes up with a dialogue box that says 'Something went wrong. Can't open filter at the moment. Please try again later or restart your phone.'

A restart fixed nothing and I cant see why trying again later will fix anything. :-(
