How to change " Announce Caller ID " voice from male to female?

It's good to see Annouce caller ID feature is back in W10M AU. But in spite on using voice selected in "Speech" setting, caller ID always announce names in a male voice.

Anyone knows how it can be changed?

Do you have english regional settings?
Enabled on italian phone it doesn't work!

Try rebooting phone

I don't see that anywhere. Anyone have a bit more info? Where would the settings be? Is it an app?

My language + Region selected is --> English (United States)

Rebooting has happened numerous time from the moment I have enabled it. So I don't think that's a problem.

Cortana is working fine. All other things including incoming messages are in female voice. Problem is just with Caller ID Announcer.

Same for me.
One thing that is not clear for me is that Caller ID Announcer works only with headset or with bluetooth audio connection (but that is Cortana setting.....)
Anyone have Caller ID working whit phone speaker?

Its working on my phone without headphones through normal speakers... I have set "Always on" for 'Read incoming text messages aloud' setting in cortana...!! try that..

Nothing...I only got sms reading through speaker but not caller

Device: Microsoft Lumia 550 LTE

Check to see if female is selected under voice.

Yes it is. Played with the settings a bit but still no results.

Ive not found a way and its VERY annoying cause i cant always look at my phone and want to know if i should bother taking the call or not.
