How to change navigation audio?

Here drive has the option to change navigation audio language, but I can not locate this option in the Maps app.

Here drive has the option to change navigation audio language, but I can not locate this option in the Maps app.

Currently I believe it just inherits the Cortana voice/settings. I agree, I would like to be able to set the voice in the Maps application. Personally I have my Here drive set with a UK voice accent so I can more easily tell it apart from the U.S. accent of Cortana and my car's native system.

Does it? Haven't used windows maps that often.. Never updated my HERE apps after people said that the last update basically killed it for w10m users

Absent any specific settings for voice (which I haven't been able to find in win10) I don't know what else it could be. I haven't tried changing my region to see what happens tho..I'm not that curious LOL

Might give it a shot tomorrow and report back
