How to clear 'Downloads and Updates' history?

I have a Nokia Lumia 730 DS device running Windows 10. Is it possible to clear the 'Downloads and Updates' history and 'My Library' cache? Both these show long lists of apps that were uninstalled because they do not work any longer (HereDrive Apps, for example) and/ or each and every minute upgrade for every app on my phone.

When you look at that list, there's a thing that looks like an eye next to the download arrow. Tap that to hide the apps.

Edit: My apologies, you can't clear that. You can hide things in "my library" page but the downloads and updates history is what it is.

I don't think you have that option in 8.1.

If you mean the eye, open the Store app and tap my Library to see that option next to the arrow after the name of the app. I'm not sure if it will work for the Downloads and updates page though.
