I'm trying to consolidate everything to my outlook.com account and have two old live.com accounts, when I try to close them it says I have a billing relationship and won't let me , anyone else deal with this?
I was finally able to close the email part but am not sure if that will close the whole account.
Do accounts even with billing relationships get closed after a certain period of inactivity?
