I am using MetroMail on my Microsoft Lumia 640 XL. The app details are here MetroMail | Windows Phone Apps+Games Store (India)
The problem with the app is that whenever I receive an email with multiple messages from a same sender, I could only able to open one message.
For a better understanding purpose, I am posting a screenshot.
As it is clearly visible, I have an email with two messages from Windows Central Channel - YouTube. When I open the email, I am able to view only one message. Also, it seems there isn't any Collapse option to collapse all the messages in an email thread. I would be very much thankful if someone tells me a solution to this issue.
