How to configure firewall to allow one subnet over SSH?

[Windows Central Question]

I have an Ubuntu WSL on my Windows 10 1903 PC. I currently have port forwarding and can SSH into the WSL from my linux VM at work. I want to allow SSH connections from a single subnet (Changed for brevity):

76.241.31.158/24

How can I configure Windows firewall to allow SSH connections only from the above subnet?
