How to delete a document on Lumia 535?

I imported a Word (2003) document to the phone via Bluetooth in order to attach it to a text, but can't find any way of deleting the file now it's no longer required. How do I do it?

If you're on 8.1, download an app called "files" and you'll be able to find and delete your file.
On Windows 10, you can use the built in File Explorer for the same purpose.
