how to do Alcatel Idol4S Windows10 IMS Registration (VoLTE) for Indian JIO Network

Guys, recently i bought Alcatel Idol4S Windows10 unlocked mobile (shipped from USA). Previously device used to work on T-Mobile network carrier. Please suggest me the ways to change the "IMS Status" as "registered" in order to make VoLTE calls.
