How to download program container/organizer in the start menu?--New winphone (L 650 and 950) user

I am referring to the program/app holder that expands when pressed on. I could use 3-5 of them for organizing my apps. Thank you.

Live Tiles can be superimposed on one another to create App Folders. I assume that is what you want. All you have to do is long press on a tile, and then drag it onto any other tile.

Exactly this. I never actually use folders though.

Thanks. I tried this with apps but nothing happened. Do you mean the news tiles?
