How to embed MP4 Video from Onedrive into Woprdpress?

Hi,

I use Onedrive to store my MP4 videos which I'd like to post in my wordpress blog.
Is there a way to embed the video for playing directly within wordpress?

I've tried the Onedrive embed code but once disaplyed on my wordpress page it just offers a clickable image link that takes you back to Onedrive where the video plays.
