How to enable double tap to wake

Hello guys
Can you help me find the Double tap to wake feature ?
Before hard reset I used to see it..
But now I don't.

Make sure your apps are up-to-date.

and/or get the app SysApp Pusher and use it to get to "touch" and update that.
