How to enable the 4th column of tiles on the latest build?

Tom Warren's video shows a 4th column of medium sized tiles, similar to what was in the leaked screenshots a few weeks ago. Do not see an option to activate that on my 830. Has anyone been able to get this to work, or is this only for Phablets?

I have enabled "Show more tiles" option. Looks better but some icons are corrupted.

Can you add a screenshot here? Doing that on the 830 doesn't make any difference. Strange, considering they have the same screen sizes and the number of columns was always dependant on the screen size, not the resolution.

Any News on this? I was hoping to use this on my Lumia 830, but there are als only 2 and 3 columns possible.

Works fine on my 1520 on the current build. The initial builds were have all sorts of rendering issues with the 4th column.

I have a 930 and only can have 3 rows . 4 would be amazing !!!

Ok, I guess it es determinate by the Screen size and it isn't enable on =5" devices.
