How to fix a laggy Lumia device ?

I've a Lumia 620 and it's start to become laggy . I wonder why ? Because my phone memory still have plenty of spaces . About 2.50GB . Is there any way to fix this ?

Have you tried to upgrade? I didn't see Lumia WP8 will laggy, even memory run out till 50MB. But, the 3rd party apps may crash

I had upgrade to Amber . But , my camera takes a long time for it's button to come out . Also , when I tapped on a live tile , it suddenly stop for while , then it will open .

I updated to amber on my 620 and it made the phone awful. I was getting loading screens when accessing built in features like email or messages for up to 5 seconds, only for it to kick me out at the end of it.

I got sick of it so I reset my phone. And that was a big problem as well but that's another days work.

It seems to work far far better after the reset though.

we're on the same boat . I got that kind of problem sometimes . But , is there other way to fix that instead of soft and hard resetting ?

Not that I know of unless Nokia release an update to fix it. It seems to mainly affect the 620 range as I have seen numerous issues online with the 620 & Amber.

The only thing you can do is go to Nokia Care and see what they suggest.

They could however suggest a hard reset.

Download shrink storage to free up space. Use ur phone all dry use cotton cover not rubber.. Sweat hands free. Condensation causes phone laggy
