So you will notice in the store that there are apps in the "Queue" section. These are also all the apps that are showing as double in your app list.
What you can do is go download any app and as soon as the "pause all" link appears, press it. You will then notice that some of the apps may get an "X" beside them. click X on those apps. Not all of them show up right away. I had to keep pressing pause all and resume all really quickly and noticed that more and more of them started showing the X. After a while I was able to get rid of all of them. This also fixes any issues these apps may be having.
