How to fix not working Windows 10 Start Button ?

Window start button isn't working . I've tried many ways that I got from some website but no one is working .

please my Nokia Lumia 630 is doing self-booting. I have run "Stop Restart App" on it several times but the problem still persists. Please help, what else can I do?
