Okay. So this happened to me today. I was reading some news and suddenly my phone shut down while charging at 17%. After the logo showed, a blue screen appared instead of the usual Windows Phone logo. I tried these:
Hard reset: Failed. The phone just shuts down before I can even complete the whole combination.
Recovery through Windows Device Recovery Tool: Failed. Just shuts down the whole process and the installation screws up.
Through NSU: Failed. Didn't find the phone
Phone: Nokia Lumia 520
