This happened after I re-register this device to Release Preview Ring of Insider Program. When it restarts, the Nokia logo shows up briefly then just turns into plain blue screen with no sad face or texts, then just shuts down after few seconds.
Does anybody have similar issue before and know what's the actual issue or reason of it? I am already planning to do reset or sadly using Device Recovery Tool, but I wanted to know the details and other issues regarding to this. This will also let other people know that may experience similar issue.
