How to fix Windows Phone 8.1/8 freezing.

​G'day guys,

If your Nokia Lumia has frozen on any screen (as mine froze on the start screen) this is how to fix it without loosing anything.

HOLD= CAMERA BUTTON + POWER BUTTON + VOLUME DOWN.

It will shut down, vibrate and then turn back on!

That's soft reset. Pwr + vol down you don't need camera button
