How to get GDR2 on Lumia 635 - Help

As the title says.

I'm trying to get WP8.1 Update 2 on my Lumia 635 using instructions HERE. However, instead of getting the build for Update 2 I get an update for W10M.

Is this method blocked now? Is there another way to get Update 2?

yes it is blocked, and no there is no way you could get GDR2.

I think the file links are down, but you just need a registry editor to follow the guide, you can try the editor from here
