How to get Groove Music to update and see new tracks

Hi,

Does anyone know surefire way to get Groove Music to update the library of songs on your phone?
I added some tracks yesterday via Windows Media Player synch and they still do not show up...
With Xbox Music in the past new tracks would appear if I had the app open / played other songs but I can't get this to happen in Groove.
If only there was a refresh button like in other apps.

I haven't added any songs directly to the phone like you are describing. I upload songs to onedrive and then download(or stream) to phone/tablet/computer/etc... works for me.

Doesn't exactly fix your problem, but might be another way to accomplish it.

I've been wondering what the trick is to this as well, it does eventually wake up and realize there is stuff there but it doesn't seem triggered by anything I do.

Still didn't update for me after 2 days.
Will try removing memory card and see if it can force a refresh.

Ok that worked...on my 1520 I went into storage, remove SD card, open Groove Music, tried to play something and it came up with the error as SD card removed, rebooted, open Groove Music and now it is adding new songs.
Must be an easier way.
