How to get here drive on WP8.1

Hello, I have a very bad problem on my Lumia 625 ruining windows phone 8.1, I can't download here drive, because of that, I can't use my gps, something that I really need! How to install the app on my phone and use here drive? Please, help me,I really need the app!!!

I think all the here apps have been removed in the store, i dont know why the ones using them had them already if you uninstall you wont get it,
