How to get old emails back when starting to use win 10?

I installed win 10 yesterday and took MS Outlook email in use today.
Only emails less than two weeks old are there, others are missing. How do I get the rest back?

Go to email settings, managed accounts, pick account, sync settings, and you will see drop down for it. Than refresh.
