How to get UK Cortana in Sweden

I can get the US Cortana just fine, but changing the region, language and keyboard to English UK just completely removes Cortana from my list of applications. I had to change it back to US to get Cortana working again. Any tip of what I might be doing wrong?

(I'm in Sweden, so it really doesn't matter if I use US or UK, I just think the UK would be better due to metric system and time presentation ...)

I would also like to know! I have a UK phone in Sweden. Can I just change the region back to UK?

You need the 8.1 GDR preview to get UK Cortana.

Aaaah ... of course, that makes sense. Didn't think about that.
The US Cortana is pretty darn good anyway, so no problem waiting!

You can get away with the 'region format' setting being set to Sweden with no issue - that one deals with currency/time, and if you want temperature you can just ask Cortana to convert it.
