How to have lot of friends on your XBOX on windows phone

I just want to know on how you guys having friends on xbox, i only have 3 friend since wp8 launches upto now and im really frustated. I just want to have a great experience playing games with xbox player and gather a lot of achievements with them/you. Please also add me so we can play along. Thanks
