How to I save/backup/export website live tiles ony my Start screen?

I've got to do a factory reset and don't want to lose all of my pinned websites. I read somewhere that websites pinned to your start screen are saved in a backup somewhere. Anyone know if this is true and where I can access it? If not, is there another way to export each website so I don't have to cut and paste every link?
