How to increase font size in OneNote in Mobile?

I believe it's related to text scaling settings and display scaling. If you increase either or both, that should increase the text size. However that would also increase system wide

Changing text size in Phone Settings do not affect change in OneNote. Tried that.

I'm not sure what the next step would be. I don't use onenote
