How to install XAP files ?

I have Lumia 532 latest windows 10 preview. I want to install XAP files manually but this is not going to be done. I have changed the settings to developer mode. But still the problem .

Are there any solution?

I believe you'll need to install Windows Phone SDK and do this from your computer.
