How to install Xbox One Insider Update Preview

Basically I am stuck at the pending part and don't know what to do. Here is a screenshot. Also do I need the Xbox One S or does the regular Xbox One work? Thanks in advance for anyone who helps :smile:

Same problem for me. I contacted Microsoft and was sent to the forum, where I found nothing.

Any progress?
